Job Description
Sales Coordinator Job, Current Sales & Marketing Jobs In Kenya December,
Responsibilities
- Handling Enquiries, Sending Offers for Construction equipment, sending intro letters & circulars to Clients.
- Scrutinizing Sales Orders and entering details into CRM system, approach Client in case any deviations
- Coordinating with other Departments viz. Accounts for Invoicing, Stores & Production for Dispatching of Machines, After Sales Dept for Commissioning etc
- Follow-up thru calls and e-mails with Client for payment depending on payment terms
- Update all monthly Reports viz. Enquiry Follow-up Register, Sales Projection Data, Payment Projection against Order receivables,
- Maintain Client & PO Files, keeping record of active & non-active cases, keeping Principal offer file, keeping stock of catalogues
- Reconcile sales ledger with accounts department & Clients
- Assisting Marketing Manager / Director in compilation of catalogues & other documents during their visits and also in day to day activities
Qualifications
- Fully conversant with computer software’s / MS Office, knowledge in ERP would have added advantage
- 2-3 Years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing
- Good in communication skills
