Description
Glowbal Digital is looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll help design and create marketing materials for social media, blog posts, websites, advertisements, print, and other design projects.
This is an entry-level role that reports to senior employees. Candidates should demonstrate creativity, up-to-date knowledge of industry practices, and a professional approach to feedback, time, and deadlines
Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion
• Design visual content for social media, blog posts, websites, advertisements & print
• Develop branded collateral such as fliers and posts within the brand guidelines as per the given brief
• Work with the Marketing team to visualize advertising campaigns & create fresh concepts per campaign
• Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and understand trends within the scope of the industry
• Create & update brand guidelines
• Design and layout of presentations decks
• Creation of various logos for projects
• Other projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Ability to effectively manage their time and hit deadlines while working on multiple tasks/projects
• Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
• High attention to design detail,
• Expertise in file organization and maintenance
• An understanding of marketing & advertising for digital and social media channels
