1. PM Experience (yrs.)
•    Minimum 3 yrs. Local experience

2.Desired Education    
•    High level diploma in Project Management
•    Bachelors: PM, Commerce, Business, Econ.

3.PM Qualifications
•    Diploma, CAPM, PMP, Prince 2
•    PMI, Prince 2 or similar body of knowledge

4. Competencies    
•    Junior business analysis
•    Project lifecycle knowledge
•    Process development
•    Standard communication, reporting
•    Minimum stakeholder management
•    Scheduling, risk, issues management
•    Low decision-making threshold
