Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices.
- Identify new revenue opportunities for hotels.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Optimize existing channels and expand distribution partnerships.
- Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel
- Training and overseeing the implementation of the hotel technology provided by HotelOnline
- Provide a periodic dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and actual comparisons
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at the client hotel.
- Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.
- Embed a revenue management culture.
- Any other reasonable requests made by management.
Requirements
- Experience in Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems and / or Distribution / Channel Management Systems will be a huge plus
- High analytical and conceptional thinking skills as well as a good understanding of numbers
- Good knowledge in Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Docs etc)
- Personal initiative, resilience as well as a self-driven and goal-oriented working attitude
- Fluent in English, French will be a Plus
- The ability to demonstrate an understanding of core Revenue Management principles
- Adaptable to schedule changes.
- Ability to work well under deadline pressure.
- Works independently and ability to learn fast
- High on Communications skills
