Aftersale Service Assistant Manager

We are looking for outstanding candidates to apply for a vacant position in the capacity of Aftersale Service Assistant Manager, in our Customer Service Department.

As an Aftersale Service Assistant Manager, your role revolves around providing administrative support to the Customer Service Manager by;

1. Clearing daily incoming QC tasks.

2. Managing to constantly summarize and optimize current flow/ procedure for better performance.Foresee the task and able to optimize manpower for better efficiency.

3. Define current QC SOPs and make them clear and easy to follow

4. Define current repair process make it clear and easy to follow.

5. Optimize other after sale issues and improve the process and rule.

6. Push challenge issues and propose feedback spontaneously and act initiative

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with after sales customer directly either by telephone, electronically(email) or face to face in a
timely manner.

2. Helping the customers to get the necessary support i.e. help them install, maintain, operate particular product and advise customers on after sales product policy application.

3. Processing all the returns and failed deliveries i.e. processing exchange, resend or refund of the product.

4. Keeping track of all orders being returned and resend to customers.

5. Ensure efficient and accurate logging of all after sales inquiries.

6. Take ownership of customers after sales complaints and follow problems through to resolution efficiently.

7. Constantly investigate and report after sales issues and options that will assist in service improvements.

8. Work with the team to fulfill daily incoming Product inspection task.

9. Keep a positive team atmosphere and makes good example to others.

10. Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means, keep client informed and find the best
solution with sellers.

Who Are You?

Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any Business Related course.

2. Takes initiative, has a strong sense of responsibility and can go the extra mile.

3. Ability to work under pressure.

4. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Excellent field work experience, incl. repair, quality check for electronics & appliances.

6. Good computer application skills

7. Some experience in E commerce is an added advantage.

8. Good sense of customer service to satisfy customer needs.
