Finance Officer

We are looking for outstanding candidates to apply for a vacant position in the capacity of Finance Officer in our Finance Department.

As a Finance Officer, your role revolves around providing administrative support to the Finance Manager by making timely payment to sellers and merchants, monthly tracking of stock control and monthly budget review.

Responsibilities:

1. Making daily payments to suppliers and sellers.

2. Keeping track of payments and company expenditure.

3. Daily reconciliation of trade payables and trade receivable.

4. Preparation and analyzing monthly budget.

5. Book Keeping.

6. Asset management.

7. Stock control.

Who Are You?

Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, CPA, or any other Business Related course; with 2-3 years of work experience in the same field.

2. Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

3. Cashier experience with excellent excel/computer skills.

4. Stock control and asset management skills.

5. Knowledge of Mpesa and bank payments. Dollar payment Knowledge (an added advantage).

6. Conversant with trade payables and receivables.

7. Humble, down-to-earth & high emotional intelligence, with a value for work.

8. Preferably a married lady with kids.

9. Honest, trustworthy with respect for confidentiality.
