Kijabe Hospital is a non-profit, 340-bed hospital owned and operated by African Inland Church (AIC) of Kenya as part of a network of four hospitals and 45 dispensaries.
Applicant’s qualifications, experience, competencies and attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum of three (3) years of legal experience in a large and dynamic hospital/ environment
- Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
- Must demonstrate the ability to contextualize and synthesize broad organizational issues and
objectives and evaluate regulatory and compliance risks thereof - Should have experience in making risk-based decisions in a complex environment with
competing demands - Should have analytical and contracts management skills
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, good judgement and
impeccable integrity - Must demonstrate professional expertise in the relevant work area
- Must have good communication and presentation skills
- Must be aligned to the mission and vision of AIC Kijabe Hospital
