Customer Care Representatives
Lorenzo Drycleaners Ltd, an established premier company in the laundry & drycleaning service industry, based in Nairobi is looking for customer care representatives for its branches.
Responsibilities
- Consistently and aggressively achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain good customer care and public relations
- Ensuring timely production and delivery
- Management of branch/shops
- Ensuring that the company’s set quality standard is maintained
Requirements
- Able to demonstrate past success in achieving aggressive revenue targets
- Proven success in managing frequent daily and weekly sales
- Organized and able to maintain consistent sales activity reports
- Male or Female Aged between 25- 35 years
