Job Description

Our Client is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for all activities in Retail Maintenance Sections.

Duties:

• Ensuring that the Maintenance team keeps all the Pumps and other equipment’s at the stations in good working order, with Daily monitoring of breakdowns.


• Monitoring all the costs in the section.


• Keep track of all equipment in the field and store/warehouse to ensure adequate use, safekeeping and maintaining an updated asset register.


• Ensuring the Service stations structures and forecourt are in good order and condition by implementing a vigorous rehabilitation program of stations. This is achieved by having a well- coordinated repairs and rehabilitation program.


• Ensuring high quality, cost effective and timely delivered/completed of short term upgrade of Fuel lines.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.


• Training on Project Management.


• Good proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD.


• Be a registered Graduate Engineer.


• More than 5 years in project management in a busy construction organization.


• Have a high level of accuracy and consistency in all areas of work and Possess excellent configuration skills, highly successful in helping define company direction and achieving goals.


• Good Analytical Skills by recognizes areas of weaknesses requiring improvements and makes recommendations to the management for consideration, approval and implementation.


• Excellent Leadership and Management Skills and able to maintain a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes and coaches team members to meet high performance standards.


• Experience in Service station Maintenance will be an Added advantage.


• Good Planning and Organizing skills, being able to identify and prioritize activities and assignments, with capability to make necessary adjustments as required; foresee risks and allow for contingencies when planning.


• Flexibility and Adaptability also be a team player who thrives in environments that require ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent tasks.


• Ability to work with minimum supervision
