Job Vacancy: Maintenance Project Coordinator

Doctor Plumbers Limited is a Private Limited Company and Its business scope includes maintenance in Plumbing , Sanitary ware maintenance, Drainage, Firefighting System maintenance, maintenance of Boilers, Sprinkler systems maintenance, ventilation systems maintenance, Air conditioning systems maintenance and Regular Service maintenance.

We are looking for a committed individual to fill the position of Maintenance Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and sending contract proposals to clients


• Meeting client for negotiations and Signing of contract on accepted proposals


• Receiving Service request /enquiry from client and organizing for site surveys


• Preparing and sending quotations to clients


• Following up on the quotations sent and receiving Purchase orders from the client


• Organizing on how work can be carried out including material distribution to site.


• Receiving job cards for the repair works done and confirming with client If work is done to their satisfaction


• Processing raising invoices for the completed work


• Following up on payments from the clients


• Attending meetings and inspections as proposed by clients


• Repair work and payment reports


• Coordinate / link between office and site.


• Quality control & Quality assurance (QA/QC) on installations of systems.


• Technical approvals, information, inspections and maintenance manuals, and not excluding project technical trackers.


• Re-measurements & valuing of Interim applications for payments.


• Final account preparations.


• Improvement on shop & As-built drawing quality in liaison with CAD team.


• Site meeting attendance.


• Project progress reports.


• Project control with respect to programs set.


• Material requisition approvals in liaison with material estimation team.


• Preparation of bills of quantities.

Skills and Qualification:

• A Bachelor or Associate’s Diploma in Project Management or Mechanical Engineering.


• Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.


• Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.


• The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.


• Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
