Job Description
Gross pay: - Kshs35,000/- to Kshs45,000/
Our client, in the real estate industry is seeking to employ a MARKETER.
Qualifications & skills
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- At least two years’ work experience in marketing especially in real estate.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Should be competent and conversant in experience of sales and marketing team leadership.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets within schedule.
- Should be aggressive and results focused.
- Should at least be conversant in marketing of office premises, virtual office spaces, co-working spaces and commercial space (added advantage).
Duties and responsibilities
- Marketing of the company’s properties for rental purposes, whether short term or long term.
- Marketing of office premises, virtual office spaces, co-working spaces and commercial space.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
