Job Description
Our client, a Marketing Agency seeks to hire an Administrative Assistant for a busy office.
This position requires a mature and very organized, proactive and creative individual with business acumen, diplomatic and detail oriented with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests professionally
- Support the Director and management with all administrative tasks
- Manage the Director’s diary effectively
- Draft letters, minutes and other documentations as required
- Answer office calls, and ensure messages are communicated effectively
- Maintain an updated system for files
- Conduct research on relevant topics for presentation whenever required
- Assist in events organisation
- Be the focal person for the Directorate
- Assist in renewal of contracts for suppliers
- Supervise support staff
- Ensure the office is clean at all times.
Requirements
- A University degree in a business related subject will have an advantage
- Diploma in a business related course
- At least 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant in a busy office
- Excellent Computer / Secretarial skills
- Able to work under pressure effectively
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- A mature, flexible and proactive individual with business acumen
- Team player
