Overall Role and Responsibilities:


Marketing & Communication



  1. Conduct research to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and Comp-Conduct research to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

  2. Support in the development of marketing strategy, develop and implement plans.

  3.  Conduct research to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and Comp-Conduct research to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

  4. Tracking and measurement of promotional activities

  5. Develop effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics

  6. Organize and coordinate PR activities

  7. Event management and coordination

  8. Media engagement  and coordination

  9. Manage the planning  and execution  of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

  10. Design, build and maintain content including  our social media presence , email, blogs, newsletters and other relevant platforms and formats

  11. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIsetitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting and analyzing and summarizing data.

  13. Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

  14. Tracking and measurement of promotional activities

  17. Event management and coordination

  18. Media engagement  and coordination

  22. Ensure that marketing and communications activities meet sales objectives Following up corporate leads and meeting objectives

  23. Reporting on corporate sales

  24. Identification of relevant industry partnerships to drive growth

  25. Relationship Management of existing customers for future business


Requirements


Skills:



  1. Strong written and communication skills

  2. Proficiency in MS Office or  Google Office suite

  3. Understanding of the intersection of marketing and technology

  4. Exposure to UX  design and e-commerce will be an added advantage


Personal Attributes



  1. Good communications skills

  2. Confidence in dealing with high  level client

  3. Good understanding of Brand Communications- or ability to learn quickly

  4. Proactive, able to identify and suggest opportunities for ISA’s growth

  5. Entrepreneurial spirit

  6. A can do attitude

  7. Self –driven and self-discipline and needs minimal supervision in a fast paced environment

  8. Able to manage suppliers effectively and get the job done

  9. Able to work well with other team members

  10. Passion for digital marketing


Qualifications



  1. Related university degree

  2. Relevant experience in similar role for 2-3 years.

  3. Agency experience would be an added advantage.


Competitive Salary + Commission.
