Job Summary
One of our departments;Transread is launching literature business in Kenya and seeks qualified personnel with Literature and/or Education background.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 1 year
Job Description
The incumbent will be charged with among others:
- Social media management including Facebook and Whatsapp and other social media platforms.
- Organize user event and manage user relationship.
- Building strong relationships with core users and conducting user surveys.
- Communicate user issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the user experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
Qualifications:
- One years' related work experience at least.
- Strong skills in marketing and user relationship management.
- Major in marketing preferred.
- Enthusiastic about literature works, love reading novels and books.
