Driver & Rider
1 Position
The Mater Misericordiae Hospital is seeking to fill the above position.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following responsibilities amongst others:
- Delivery of mails, cheque, and laboratory samples to various designated points on in timely basis.
- Collect drugs and other medical implements from various destinations and deliver them to the various hospital store.
- Pick and drop hospital staff, students and visitors as directed.
- Maintain vehicle mileage, faulty, fuel usage records for purpose of accountability and maintenance.
- Requisition of supplies and materials necessary for the efficient running of the motor vehicles/cycles.
- Ensure renewal of necessary motor vehicles licenses.
- Any other duty as may be allocated by supervisor from time to time.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Certificate or Diploma
- Valid driving Licence ( A,B,C & E)
- Training in basic mechanics
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate
- Knowledge in basic mechanics
- 3 years’ experience in both motor vehicle and motorcycle -accident free
