Land Valuer Job, Latest County Government Jobs,

Position: Land Valuer JG CPSB 09 (1 POST) REF/MCPSB/306/2021

Terms: Permanent/Contract

Responsibilities

• Valuationof all County Government assets;


• Advisingthe county government in the market values of property to be 


• Managementof all County Government properties; and


• Preparationand updating county valuation 

Qualifications

• Havea Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics from a recognized university;


• Haveexperience of at least two (2) years as a Land Valuer;


• Bea member of Institution of Surveyors of Kenya;


• Havea certificate in Computer Applications; and


• Haveshown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and
