The Nation Media Group PLC (NMG) is the largest independent media house in East and Central Africa.
As the leading multi-media house in the East African region, it has print as well as electronic media and the internet which attracts a regular readership quite unparalleled in the region.
NMG hereby invites application to tender for Provision of Legal Document Management System from interested eligible suppliers and service providers as per below features;
1. Notifications of Court proceedings.
2. Easy Case Management, by exhibiting the status of cases in progress or complete and track their statuses as to where they are1
3. Easy access to documents under each case file. Controlling access to files in terms of permissions hence ensuring only certain people can view and edit.
4. Limiting access to files.
5. Generate reports of various cases based on different classifications
6. Access provision via Mobile/iPad’s allowing

Complete tender documents are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “REF: TENDER FOR LEGAL DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – REF NMG/001/19” with two separately sealed envelopes inside clearly marked (Technical or Financial), and deposited in the tender box provided at the main entrance of Nation Centre Building.
