Position Title: Direct Sales Representative

Division: Retail Banking

Location: “Nairobi Region Area, Central Region, Coast Region, Western and Rift Region.“:

Reporting to: Sales Team Leader

Position Scope: Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the role holder will be responsible for acquisition of new business within the assigned Sales locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Retail Banking products and services in order to ensure sustainable business growth.


• Offer excellent customer experience while interacting with customers on different channels


• Actively take part in sales and product campaigns in order to ensure product information is readily available to customers.


• Seek feedback from customers on Bank products and their experience for continuous improvement


• Daily Provide regular sales reports.


• Continuously seek to improve on one’s knowledge on the products’ offering and the related trends.

Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.


• Have a passion and commitment to quality service.


• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Experience in sales or client relationship management will be an added advantage.


• Ability to deliver set business targets and service with minimum supervision.


• Flexible and willing to travel on short notice.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a minimum Mean Grade of C plain


• Degree or Diploma in any field from a recognized institution


• Experience in sales in any Financial Institutions will be an added advantage


• Computer literacy – MS Office Suite

The above position is on a one year contract basis and remuneration is Commission based.
