Location: Domiciled in branches all over Kenya
Position reports to The Chief Executive Officer
Remuneration: Competitive
Job Purpose:
Our Client, an organization mandated with the care, protection, welfare, and adoption of children, seeks to employ a dynamic, self-motivated staff for the above position.
Job Duties:
- Observing and recording the patient’s behavior
- Carrying out requisite treatments and medications
- Checking the stock regularly to maintain inventory levels and placing orders if required
- Maintaining a hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with standard healthcare procedures
- Adhering to protocols, norms, rules, and regulations to maintain complete medical records
- Providing instant care during medical emergencies
- Providing necessary guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Recommendation drugs and other forms of treatment
Skills and Desired Qualities:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment and reliability
- Exemplary in reporting any emergency response
- Strong commitment to the care of children
Academic qualifications
- Hold a Diploma in KRCHN/KECHN from a recognized institution
- Has a Registration Certificate with the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Have a valid practicing license
- Two (2)+ years of relevant experience
