Job Description
VACANCY NO. KSI/PSB/67-75/2020: NURSING PERSONNEL (SPECIALISTS) FIFTY (50) POSTS – JOB GROUP ‘K’
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assessing, Planning, Implementing Nursing Interventions and Evaluating Patient’s Outcomes
- Providing appropriate healthcare service including integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses ( IMCI), Immunization, PMTCT, Ante-natal Care and Delivery
- Providing Health Education and Counseling to patients/clients on identified health needs
- Referring Patients and Clients Appropriately
- Facilitating patients’ admission and initiating discharge plans
- Maintaining records on patients/clients health condition and care
- Ensuring a tidy and safe clinical environment
- Collecting and compiling data
- Any other duties as maybe assigned to you by the Nursing Services Manager.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
- Must Be a Kenyan Citizen.
- Must have a Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Must have a Higher Diploma in respective specialty area.
- Enrolment Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
- Registration Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
- Valid practicing license from Nursing Council of Kenya.
- Certificate in Computer application skills from a recognized institution
TERMS OF SERVICE: 3 Years Contract

- Credit Reference Bureau
