Oasis Healthcare Group Limited is a group of specialist Doctors working and operating across the country since 2010 under a group-based practice model.

We currently have facilities in the following counties: Kisii, Nyamira, Migori, Homa Bay, Siaya, Uasin-Gishu, Kitui, Nairobi, Kakamega, Busia and Bungoma.

We are looking to fill the following positions with qualified and suitable individuals willing to join us at our facilities.

Job Title: Ambulance Driver

Job Location: Siaya

General Description: Responsible for safe transportation of patients and caregivers in a timely manner, and maintenance of ground ambulance equipment and consumables

Duties and Responsibilities shall include:

• Driving and maintaining the ambulance in a good condition and reporting any mechanical problems arising.


• Performing daily routine checks on the ambulance (tires, oil, fuel, water, sirens, emergency lights)


• Checking and confirming presence and proper functioning of ambulance medical equipment.


• Smooth handling and transportation of patients.


• Transport equipment, documents, and office supplies as required.


• Assist in the loading and unloading of patients onto the ambulance.


• Assisting in changing soiled linen on a stretcher.


• Administering first aid as required.


• May assist to restrain violent patients if necessary.


• Maintaining cleanliness of the Ambulance;


• Performing other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid driving License.


• Emergency Medical Technician Training Certification


• First Aid Certification.


• Good understanding of the laws governing ambulance services


• At least one year experience in a similar role.


• Certified for class BCE


• A valid Certificate of Good Conduct from Kenya Police
