Job Summary
Our client is among the leading Legal firms in Kenya with a Branch in Nairobi and Machakos county. They seek to recruit a competent, and highly organized office supervisor to coordinate the affairs of the Nairobi Office, with occasional travel to Machakos branch office.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description

Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently
- Basic accounting skills to coordinate the statutory obligations, finance and administrative functions.
- Keeping sock of Partners activities including timely billings and debt collection follow through.
- Maintain good relationship with the organization’s clients, suppliers and staff.
- Demonstrate the highest level of client service and response.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space, assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, matters pertaining to HR including leave management, attendance
- Communicate professionally and credibly and facilitate collaborative partnerships and network internally and externally to achieve organization goals.
- Ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor degree in Commerce/HR/Finance/Marketing
- 3+ years’ experience in an administrative function, Leading a team
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures, departmental and legal policies
- Demonstrate high emotional Intelligence while dealing with all staff members and stakeholders
- Mature candidates are encouraged to apply
