Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company. They are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager

Job Description
The successful candidate will conceptualize and implement marketing, training and policy level initiatives across key DTM markets in Sub-Saharan Africa focused on organization development to meet front end needs and build a unique value proposition to drive competitive excellence for key therapy areas.
Reports to Regional Head
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy for existing and new products across East Africa countries to build the brand and drive market growth.
- Drive and monitor marketing operations to ensure smooth functioning and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of marketing strategies via therapy experts in the countries to ensure achievement of targeted profitability in the region.
- Drive the development of standardized marketing materials for top performing products to harmonize brand communication and prevent rework.
- Support Sales Force Effectiveness team to ensure that the sales force is adequately equipped with appropriate tools and materials to drive excellence across regions .
- Commercial planning, commercial policies and compliance policies.
- Develop the team capabilities for long-term growth within the company, in line with business objectives and requirements.
Required
- Any Business Degree in science / medical / pharma graduate + MBA preferred
- At least 10 years’ experience in marketing in pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience in developing and executing marketing and branding strategies
- Must possess strong analytical skills, communication skills, customer service orientation, cross-functional collaboration, leadership and lateral/innovative thinking skills.
Salary: Competitive salary based on qualification and experience
