Key Responsibilities

• Project managing the Agile, ongoing development of ANMG’s core websites


• Plan projects and assign resources effectively, taking into account constraints and flagging potential resource shortfalls in good time


• In partnership with our Tech supplier you will direct development work to achieve project goals


• Interpret user and business needs and outputs from UI, visual and content design and turn them into appropriate specifications for the solution delivery team


• Plan and execute user acceptance testing for all development projects


• Research and scope new requirements and assist in the design of UI components


• Create, model and own the technology and product development strategy.


• Create and own the product road-map and break it down into a product backlog for the technical team to actualize.

• Ability to effectively manage outsourced technical development resources.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills


• Superior interpersonal collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to use diplomacy & communication skills to influence outcomes and influence others without authority.


• Experience and expertise in project planning, including product definition, feature prioritization, trade-off processes, and roadmap creation.


• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in conducting technological analyses of business problems developing technical roadmaps, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced,demanding environment.


• Ability to work across geographies, understand the diverse cultures and manage people and partners cross culturally is a must.


• Ability to work independently, without the need for day-to-day guidance, make independent decisions and influence positive outcomes.


• Demonstrated ability manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Ability to set expectations and hold individuals and team members accountable to their commitments.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or related field required.


• 5+ years’ demonstrated experience as a technical product management or similar role related to product creation and technology management


• Basic understanding of programming languages, software architecture, data analytics, MI reporting etc.


• Certification on Agile project management will be an added advantage
