Progressive Credit Limited is a non-deposit taking Micro Finance with branches all over the country. In line with our growth, we are looking for Relationship Officers who are ready to start working immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Grow the company’s book by developing relationship with prospective partners such as motor vehicle dealers, agents, car owners, etc.


• Generate business by sourcing for log-book loans.


• Undertake and present credit appraisals, analysis and reviews to the assigned Team Leader


• Prepare target audience, generate lead lists and sales activities plans of the allocated region


• Conducts daily sales calls from prioritized lead lists, and close sales


• Respond to customer queries


• Continually review the business processes and recommend measures that are likely to improve efficiency.


• Ensure that all applications submitted comply with the company’s guidelines.


• Participate in the daily market drives to source business from dealers.


• Call visits to direct customers, motor dealers, Agents, within allocated region to ensure maximum support.


• Grow existing relationships and develop new ones in the allocated market segment whilst growing Asset Based Finance figures to meet set targets.


• Continually review the business processes and recommend measures that are likely to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Prior experience in selling logbook loans


• Professional qualification is an added advantage such as Sales and Marketing


• A person of high integrity


• Good oral and written communication skills


• Team player


• Computer proficiency


• Customer service orientation and commercial awareness


• Detail oriented
