Location: Riverside Drive, Nairobi

About the Company: Provides brand management, conferencing & event management, digital training and mentorship management.

Job Purpose: To manage various company projects with multiple stakeholders from start to finish and manage social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• 
  

  Present, promote the company’s services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  
  


• 
  

  Interact with stakeholders and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met

  
  


• 
  

  Develop strategies for new businesses and ensure that revenue targets are met

  
  


• 
  

  Update and receive briefs on new projects from various stakeholders

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure the effective implementation of project plans

  
  


• 
  

  Direct and supervise work activities

  
  


• 
  

  Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure that all assigned events meet stakeholder expectations

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with designers to develop creative designs for project

  
  


• 
  

  Be present on all projects to ensure execution matches the plans

  
  


• 
  

  Perform other assignments that may be assigned within the scope and intent of your duties

  
  


• 
  

  Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and execute social media campaigns to expose/highlight the project

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare weekly status reports on the various tasks being manage

  
  

Key Requirements

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree

  
  


• 
  

  Good selling skills - Ability scout for new business and sell an idea

  
  


• 
  

  Marketing research and trends skills

  
  


• 
  

  Three (3) years’ experience in a similar role 

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent social media engagement skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work under pressure

  
  


• 
  

  Be able to anticipate work schedule and prioritise projects to achieve results

  
  


• 
  

  Build and manage effective relationships with stakeholders and team members

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to communicate clearly to team members and stakeholders

  
  


• 
  

  Able to make effective decisions to solve problems

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to handle more than one project at a time

  Ability to manage project budgets
