Job Description
Project Officer

The Project Officer will report and work together with the Program manager to support the development of the Don Bosco Tech capacity building strategies in conjunction with the technical experts in TVET governance, data use and analytics. The Officer will support the capacity building plan and support monitoring, evaluation and learning from the capacity building interventions.
Job Specification:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Project cycle Management / Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 3-5 years of capacity building experience with specific focus on training projects
- Demonstrated ability to train and build capacity of others.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in designing M&E tools, surveys, surveillance systems and evaluations.
- Possesses superior written and verbal communication skills in English and French as an added advantage.
- Capacity to produce high quality reports and presentation
- Willingness to travel within and out of the country.
- Age between 25 to 45 years
