Job Description
Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for Property Coordinator position for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain contract management framework based on different categories of goods and services
- Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supplier problems which may impact on business
- Proactive review of potential and inherent Supply Chain risks and mitigating measures
- Managing the supplier database by availing correct and up to date information in regards to all the suppliers during vendor on boarding
- Manage the CMS database and initiate 100% of contracts through CMS while ensuring renewal of contracts 3 months to expiry.
- Evaluation of the suppliers to ensure consistently high performance and value-addition
- Handling the pre-qualification process of suppliers through an evaluation process based on the user needs
- Ensuring that purchase requisitions for all office support services are raised on time and within budget in Oracle and progress for timely processing of Purchase orders
- Overseeing facilities projects as requested by user departments and ensure delivery of the same within the agreed upon timelines and within budget
- Initiate and ensure complete sign off of all property leases & payments within contractual terms
- Ensure timely renewal and payment of landlords to maintain target RNA; ensure retained sites have Valid leases as well as key regulatory licenses such as NEMA, KCAA & PPA2
- Preparation and submission of various compliance reports and follow up on any open action.
- Preparation of various reports and dashboards released by Group SCM from time to time
- Performing any other duty as assigned by the Manager
Experience and education required
- Bachelors degree in a commerce in a related course but with preference to a major in supply chain.
- CIPS is an added advantage
- This is an entry level position but one year experience in a supply chain environment will be preferable.
- Working knowledge of oracle will be an added advantage
