Job Description
Our client is a growing real estate and property management company in Kenya. Since its inception it has experienced a steady growth of its clients’ base thus necessitating additional human resources to continue offering its exceptional customer experience.
Reporting to the Director, we are recruiting for the position described below:-
POSITION: PROPERTY OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Rent collection and oversee all matters rent.
- Preparation of Tenants Agreements & Leases.
- Management and letting of vacant Units.
- Assist in the supervision of routine repairs and Maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer experience and support
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Real Estate or property Management.
- KCSE minimum of grade C (plain).
- 2 years’ experience in Management of properties including offices, residential houses etc.
- Must be Computer Literate.
- Basic Knowledge of security systems and fire prevention requirements and laws.
- Knowledge of office management routines.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Intelligent, pleasant, alert and trustworthy.
- Tolerant and able to cope with people of differing opinions/personalities and adaptable to new challenges.
- Must be a creative, self- motivated and a forward thinker.
- Must be a quick to act to emergency situations
- Proven team player, good inter-personal skills, and ability to build personal and impartial relationships in the workplace.
- Good time management skills
