Job Description
Job Title: Quality Analyst
Terms: Contract
No. of Positions: 1
Reporting to: Quality Control Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure line clearances before start of operation at weighing, compounding, filling and packing areas.
- Perform timely analysis and release of Raw & Packaging Materials, Bulk and Finished Goods.
- Ensure data from all Lab analysis are recorded real time.
- Ensure calibration of all Lab equipment.
- Drives effective stock management of Lab reagents.
- SAP transactions: release of semi & finished good from the system.
- Release of cleaned Mixers, IBCs and general check on the status of cleaned weighing containers.
- Right first-time monitoring of the processes as well as addressing process failures.
- Coach /train staff on good manufacturing practices and best practices.
- Ensure GDP and GLP are always maintained in the Lab.
- Drive GMP & hygiene practices in the factory.
Qualifications
- A graduate with a Degree/Diploma in Science related courses (eg: Chemistry, Biochemistry, microbiology).
- Basic experience in Quality Control/assurance processes.
- Task Oriented and team player.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and drive to learn continuously.
- Organized with strong attention to details.
- Courageous/Bold to always challenge status quo.
- Ability to compose and edit written materials with good presentation skills
