Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in the buying and selling of residential properties, commercial properties, and vacant land.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and pricing strategies.
- Market properties effectively using a variety of channels, including online listings, signage, and networking events.
- Guide clients through the negotiation process and assist with contract preparation and review.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, as well as attend property inspections and appraisals.
- Stay informed about local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other factors that may impact land and property sales.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in land and property sales.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
