Job Description
Oceans Creative Agency Limited, a Marketing & Advertising Company based in Nairobi Kenya is seeking to hire a Receptionist Intern/Customer Attaché to join our team in Nairobi - Thika Road Office.
We are looking for a reliable, honest and hardworking person who will be responsible for handling our clients and running front office activities.
Requirements:
· Minimum Qualification: Certificate in Customer Care or Related Courses
· Experience Level: Attachment/Internship
· Experience Length: 0-2 years
· Assets: MUST own a Personal Laptop
· Location: Can access Thika Road Easily (Precisely TRM Area)
Receptionist Skills:
The successful intern should have the following traits: Excellent Microsoft office skills, incredible written and verbal communication skills, Telephone skills, Ability to handle pressure and willingness to take handle any duties assigned to him or her.
Job Description
· Welcoming visitors by greeting them through phone or in person.
· Receiving all incoming calls, following up clients, making calls and attending to all inquiries made by our customers.
· Direct visitors to our office by giving them clear instructions either by writing or word of mouth.
· Maintain a clean and safe reception area.
· Keep office records and serve tea to the staff members and incoming customers.
Note: Our internship programme runs for three (3) months only (unpaid) but with a possibility of extension/absorption in the company as an entry level employee.
