Job Title: Digital Marketer and Designer – Lead

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Marketer and Designer will manage the digital media platforms by executing the digital marketing strategy across all online and offline platforms to promote the company’s visibility of off-plan and current real estate projects. The incumbent will also be required to generate comprehensive analytics, data presentations and marketing reports to support their work.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all online platforms; plan, execute and oversee the digital media strategy and build brand awareness, generate quality leads and increase conversions


• Conceptualize, design and execute marketing Strategies – creating the marketing calendar.


• Promote the company’s brand by Association with quality, trust and credibility, with delivery on promise in regards to time deliverables.


• Be in charge of overseeing production of quality marketing collateral Eg. Brochures, fliers, billboards


• Working together with the sales team to identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the real estate industry.


• Research opportunities on how the company can optimize social marketing platforms to drive brand awareness.


• Generate reports of key metrics from campaigns – data supported


• Utilize, strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points


• Experience in developing, marketing plans, strategies and manage budgets in Real estate sector


• Online content development/Monthly Blogposts/E-shots


• Manage all digital marketing channels and measure ROI and KPIs

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, MIS or Design.


• Excellent understanding of offline, online and digital marketing management and platforms


• Must be a competent graphic designer – demonstrate superior design, editing, photography skills will be an advantage


• Experience in communication, branding, imaging, marketing and digital media, in the real estate industry.


• Solid understanding of best practices on how to optimize all forms of online content, maximizing on quality lead generation.


• Strong project management or organizational skills In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.


• Demonstrated history of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering multiple projects on schedule, budget, targeting and conversion.
