Job Summary
Our client is an established IT firm. They seek to outsource a competent firm to be responsible for ensuring that all the organization’s systems, products and services used by clients are functional and available when needed 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure the smooth operations of the organization.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 5 years

NOTE: The firm MUST have at least 5 years’ experience in the same field working with either a financial institution having integrations to M-PESA.
