- Proficient and safe driving skills, including the ability to handle various road conditions and navigate through traffic
- Competence in reading maps and using GPS navigation systems to find optimal routes and locate delivery addresses.
- Strong time management skills to meet delivery deadlines and adapt to changing schedules.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges such as traffic delays, unexpected road closures, or delivery issues.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with customers, address inquiries, and handle any concerns.
- Clear and effective communication skills to relay information to the dispatch team, customers, and colleagues.
- Adaptability:
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes in delivery schedules, traffic conditions, or other situations.
- A strong commitment to safety, following safety protocols, and using safety equipment appropriately, such as helmets or reflective gear.

Qualifications
- At least a post-secondary qualification
- Valid Driving License (A2/FG).
- Certficate of good conduct.
