Job Summary
We are an online marketplace for houses for sale and houses for rent. We are looking for enterprising sales representatives to add, educate and follow up real estate agents and landlords who can benefit from our services.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Expectations for suitable candidates
- Good at sales execution – Ability to reach out, educate and follow up potential customers on how to make the best use of our products
- Be Professional, personable and have good work ethics, with the desire to grow, share, and collaborate.
- Sold Quota Attainment– Consistent achiever of assigned monthly sold quota
- Providing information to customers and assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
- Reaching out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering while monitoring sales performance.
- Always striving towards meeting sales quota, closing sales deals, keeping a record of all customer details.
- Updating customer details, addressing any questions or issues customers may have and keeping an updated customer database.
- Ability to find innovative sales strategies through continuous learning, testing and discussion with other team members.
- Ability to commute to different parts of Nairobi and its environs.
