Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for executing the sales strategy of the hotel with the ultimate objective of maximizing revenues across all revenue-generating outlets to include bedrooms, meetings and events, and food and beverage.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop promotional and advertising materials for the lodge
• Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct at all times when dealing with clients and guests
• Manage the guests' database and ensure that clients details are accurate and up to date
• Proactively monitor the lodge’s profile on the various social media platform and ensure appropriate responses are posted in a timely fashion
• Devise new ways to increase sales of the lodge
• Address and resolve any issues/complaints regarding sales, marketing, and guests
• Primarily responsible for executing the sales strategy of the lodge
• Assign job duties to lodge personnel and ensure effective performance of assigned tasks
• Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and encourage continued patronage.
What We are Looking for
• At least 5 years plus experience of a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Candidate should be between 28 – 35 years
• Commercially focused, have the ability to analyze the market and be result driven
• Articulate, confident communicator at all levels both with colleagues and clients
• Ambitious, creative and the ability to influence decisions
• High level of customer focus and understanding.
