Job Summary

Tilisi is a 400 acre mixed-use infrastructure development in Limuru, Kiambu County. We have completed our phase I of infrastructure for TIlisi Logistics Park which is 65% sold. Phase II of infrastructure will begin in the second quarter of 2019 and has opened residential and commercial serviced land for sale. Furthermore, Tilisi will be launching our own housing development in Q3 of 2019, consisting of 184 units of 3,4 and 5 bedroom townhouses and villas.
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, proactive. able to work autonomously, detail oriented and work well under pressure. The candidate should develop a good understanding of Logistics. Furthermore, the
candidate should understand differences in the markets for land sales
(Logistics, commercial and residential) and home sales. Ideally the candidate
should have a background in real estate although this is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

Specific tasks within the job include, but are not limited to:

1. Liaise with Head of Sales to develop effective marketing strategies to reach the target market.


2. Lead all marketing activities that may be held (expos, open days, marketing events, PR events).


3. Liaise with the marketing material designers to come up with effective and relevant advertisements


4. Identify target list of potential buyers and pitch the product to them.


5. Understand the Logistics industry and issues around it.


6. Liaise with the media contacts regarding the implementation of the adverts for marketing.


7. Actively manage our social media content with relevant and interesting updates


8. Visit the site with potential buyers and make follow ups with the prospective buyers.


9. Manage the sales phone numbers and email and actively update our databases and follow up with potential
   clients.


10. Prepare the letters of offer.


11. Update customers on the progress of construction and completion on a formal basis.


12. Review all general and legal correspondence between the company and customers.


13. Oversee the legal aspects of the purchase for individual clients.


14. Actively lead the meetings with our lawyers regarding documentation regarding sales.


15. Assist with finding solutions for the management of management company and implementing the service charge.


16. Manage the handovers of units to the buyers.


17. Manage a team regarding residential plot sales and Tilisi housing unit sales.
