Salary Range: KSh 30,000 – KSh 50,000


Job Details



  1. Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.

  2. Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations.

  3. Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.

  4. Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.

  5. Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.

  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.

  7. Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.

  8. Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.

  9. Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.

  10. Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.

  11. Make inbound and outbound calls to invite people to buy and sell on the Platform.

  12. Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.

  13. Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.


Qualifications



  1. 1 year experience

  2. Diploma in sales and marketing or any other related field.
