Job Summary


The purpose of the role is to push for sales and to develop and maintain good relationship with the clients.



  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma

  • Experience Level: Entry level

  • Experience Length: 3 years










Job Description



Duties and Responsibilities



  • Attain & Retain No.1 market share in key categories & meeting sales targets where applicable.

  • Ensuring all FMS models are on shelves. Depending on the branch, FMS stock is pre-determined.

  • Requisition of LPOs, Invoices, Delivery & Display

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports.

  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Assist with other activities when required


 


Qualification


Critical Knowledge, skills & Experience:



  • A Bachelors or Diploma in sales and marketing or related field.

  • 3 years experience in a similar position.

  • Strong Sales skills.

  • Highly motivated, self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High sense of urgency.

  • Good networking skills.

  • Good problem solving skills
