Job Summary
Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Manager. The candidates must be able to formulate and implement marketing, sales and customer relations strategies in order to increase the organization’s market share. This will enhance the company’s competitive position.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Selling Storage Solutions products and services to new and existing accounts.
• Handling Project based warehouse works.
• Present proposals & project solutions to customers.
• Able to conceptualize warehouse layouts and systems in order to direct and assist clients in their planning.
• Collaborate with project management & coordination team members to ensure proper execution of projects & customer service.
• Serve as liaison between the Account/Prospect and Storage Solutions.
• Develop effective relationships with all levels of Accounts and Prospects (Executive, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Operations).
• Prepare marketing budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
• Ensure high level company visibility in the market.
Qualifications:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a Sales and/or Marketing related field.
• Must be familiar with standard office computer applications.
• Must be polite and cooperate well within a team.
• The animality to work well under pressure.
• Experience or a qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering is an added advantage.
• Master’s in business administration/Project Management is an added advantage.
• Good marketing and public relation skills.
• Strong management and negotiation skills.
Monthly Gross Salary: Ksh. 100,000 (Approx. 1,000 USD).
Career Level: Lower Mid-Level.
Education: Bachelor’s.
Location: Nairobi, Kenya.
