Position Sales & Marketing Officer-PPE Division
Reporting To National Sales Manager & Commercial & Planning Manager
Position Summary
To drive companies turn over to its goal,To provide solution in the market gap by making a name for the company. To create and present performance reports.
Responsibilities
- To grow the revenue of the company by driving its interest to the market.
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
- Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
- Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives.
- Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed and required.
- Keep up to date with product information
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
- Generate and qualify prospective leads.
- Develops strategies for more effective sales both individually and as part of a team.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective clients and advise on appropriate purchase options.
- Obtaining deposits, balance of payments and collection of debt from clients.
- Answer client’s questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- Product training; comprehensively research and present on a product as assigned to you by management.
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Source and work customer referrals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by getting feedback on already supplied goods.
NB/ and any other duty or responsibilities assigned to you by the senior management.
