Job Description
General Responsibilities:
- Drive sell out (↑ increase in business revenue). Drive sell out by conversion of Watu customers to Watu Shule clients during onboarding
- Route Management Implement route plan to ensure revenue generation target for assigned route are achieved
- Effective Operational and relationship management Build sound relationships with all customers based on mutual trust and goodwill
- Competition market sensing Provide continuous feedback as per client requirements (competitor activities, promotions, incentives, innovations, pricing, planograms)
- Training Identify training needs and escalate to trainer for action
- Reporting Generate and present sales, revenue and expense reports as per the Watu Shule Reporting timelines
- Display Management Identify branding and marketing opportunities for Watu Shule at Go downs and Branches and all applicable locations to maximize visibility.
