Job Summary

Key responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential clients.


• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to learn about our products and services.


• Provide support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.

Client Interaction:

• Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.


• Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and address their needs.

Sales Documentation:

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities on the CRM.


• Assist in creating and updating sales documents, including proposals.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.


• Work closely with colleagues to coordinate marketing and sales efforts.

Learning and Development:

• Participate in training programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.


• Seek guidance and mentorship from experienced sales professionals.


• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.


• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about sales and business development.


• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.


• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful sales achievements.


• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Cool-tempered with perseverance and ability to handle rejection
