Salary Range: 50,000/=-60,000/=
Our client is pleased to announce that they have 2 vacancies in their Sales and Marketing department.
We are seeking a highly-skilled, positively aggressive, reliable, self-motivated, focused individuals to join our Sales department.
Job Effect on the Business
To grow our products Volume, Value and brand equity at assigned RETAIL; WHOLESALE; & DISTRIBUTOR trade Chains outlets in the Eastern and Western regions
To increase its market share by ensuring that we retail in all parts of the country.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to – Achieve and exceed assigned Sales per day in assigned area directly (personally) and indirectly through Trade Developers, Merchandisers, Direct Sales Teams and other assigned resources.

Retail Outlet
- Listing Company >70% Outlets
- Visibility of Company
- POS placement
- Consumer connections
- Consumer Promotions
Wholesalers / Distributors
- Order generation
- Listing of Company
- Visibility of Company
- Stock Management
- Pricing Management
- Monitor/Report on key competitors activities
- Direct Sales Team Supervision
- Keenly supervise assigned Direct Sales Team to ensure that they adhere to the set KPIs
- Efficiently manage & supervise Direct Sales team allocated, ensuring optimal selling at the lowest cost per litre sold.
- Ensure that the Direct sales SOP in assigned routes, is adhered to at all times
Promotional Activities
- Efficiently undertake and manage such promos as may be assigned by marketing from time to time, staying within allocated budgets at all times.
Qualifications
- At minimum, a diploma/degree in business management or the equivalent
- Computer literate with strong competence in MS office package to include Excel, access and power point.
- Clean driving license for 5 years

Experience
- At least 2-3 years in a fast moving goods consumer Sales environment and milk industry knowledge is an added advantage.
