Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for Sales Team Leader position for one of our clients.

Brief Description: The role will be responsible for supporting Territory Sales Executives and Shop Customer Service Executives to deliver on their set targets and deliverables in line with the growth of the Business Operations of the client. This will be done through superior Commercial acumen and excellence in operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving the consumer-commercial target, Gross Revenue, Net Revenue, growth ;


• Design and execute the business unit strategy &drive the performance of the sales team in line with Brand in the markets assigned.


• Support the Zonal Sales Managers to drive strategic partnerships and collaboration with internal cross functional leadership, external vendors and channel partners by developing innovative market development opportunities;


• Support in leading and driving consistent market execution strategies and initiatives enabling excellence in operations across the region embedding the client’s execution standards;


• Drive and champion daily, weekly and monthly performance dialogues through regular site visits to the sales territories and support in closing sales gaps.


• Regularly send performance reports, discussions and actionable points for the sales team to Head Office team; and


• Lead the team in creating and sustaining a work environment driven by an enabling coaching culture.

Professional Qualifications and Experience

• Professional experience with large organizations with at least 6 years as a Sales Team Leader/ Profit Center Head;


• Should have experience in a range of group functions, including merchandising, sales, marketing, brand management, Financial Management; Network operations;


• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant Business related field from a recognized University.
