Job Vacancy: Sales Team Leader

Salary: 45,000

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the general sales in the region

2. Supervise the merchandisers and promoters

3. Give daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and trend on sales to the management

4. Undertake weekly , monthly meetings with merchandizers and promoters

5. Plan and follow up on performance in your region

6. Lead and hold promotional events/ activities in your region

7. Carry our regular Huawei products campaigns in your regions

8. Hold and document performance meetings with all affected staff

9. Show value through measurement of ROI based on results.

10. Team ability Improvement through training, sales analysis and frequent motivation to shut down distractions

11. Sell Through Management and Control”

Skills:

1. Computer Skill: Office software ability, include Word, ppt, excel

2. Strong numerical and analytical skills, logical problem shooting

3. Good communication skill

4. Interested in electronic products

5. OPEN Social habit, like to try new fields
