Candidate will work closely with sales executives to focus on business development by identifying prospective customers and facilitating sales

Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
- Observe sales processes by shadowing supervisors or sales representatives and emulating their sales management processes to set targets.
- Identify business opportunities by determining prospects and evaluating their position in the industry as well as researching and analyzing sales options.
- Assist in new business acquisition efforts by performing core business development work.
- Develop relationships with new customers and provide them with information on the company's products and services.
- Manage the needs of existing customers by providing them with exceptional customer service.
- Remain current on industry trends,market activities, and competitors in order to identify strategic product improvements and/or new products.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing consumer data.
- Cultivate quality customer service by adhering to and reinforcing company standards
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Maintain positive and inquisitive attitude with regards to clients products, and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of B plain in related field or any other field
- Little or no experience required
- Aggressive and self-motivated
- Have good communication skills
- Demonstrate leadership Skills
- A strong mission driven and ambitious person
- A person of high integrity
