Your key role and traits

You have a knack for numbers and have extreme attention to detail. You are organized. You do not need supervision (you are a self-starter). You are easy to talk to and know how to get what you need out of others; this skill will be important when you collect payments from our customers in a manner that is cordial and effective. You are flexible and build productive, trustworthy relationships with team members and customers.

• You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and Senga This will be evaluated in your application.


• You must be knowledgeable on accounts receivables


• You will assist with and help track internal and external payments


• You will respond to customer requests quickly


• You will assist with the end-of-month and annual closing procedures


• You will update financial data in our systems to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed


• You have high integrity; complete honesty with our customers and the team is critical to our long-term success


• You will assist with other ad hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications

• University graduate with 1-2 years’ experience preparing financial ledgers; start-up experience is a plus but not required. A degree or post-university study in finance or accounting is required; CPAs preferred.
