Job Description
LOCATION: NAROK TOWN CENTRE
SALARY: KSH. 20,000
REQUIREMENTS
- Motivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive environment during shifts
- Trains new team members in company standards, customer service, and job duties
- Oversees work quality and verifies satisfactory meeting of company and regulation standards
- Strictly adheres to deadlines by communicating expectations to team members, setting goals, motivating team members, and disciplining where necessary
- Connects with customers and develops strong relationships to encourage frequent visits.
- Creates an atmosphere centered on delivering superior customer service
- Maintains strong working knowledge of company products and services, and offers technical support and information to team members
- Audits and oversees sales goal, employee development, and business development records and statistics
- Management of stock to prevent stock dead stock and research on new stocks
- Set reorder levels and prevent under or overstocking
QUALIFICATIONS
- Should be within 28-35 years old
- Worked with a supermarket or large store as a supervisor / manager and should have a recommendation letter from the shop
- One year experience debtors and creditors management
- Work hours 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday.
- At least 5 years of experience
- Certificate of Good Conduct
- Should be okay with relocating to Narok
- Should be Christian
- Should be mature, and have integrity
